Meath supporters are waking up Monday with a renewed pep in their step after Sunday’s opening round victory against Cork in the National Football League. Drumbaragh fans have even a bigger pep seeing our very Harry O’Higgins make his first National League appearance for Meath.
For our club, for Peter, Nicola and the family, and for Harry, it was a massive moment. From no age it was Harry’s dream to play for Meath and it has something he has done up through the underage Meath ranks.
His dedication to training, nutrition and wellbeing is second to none. He plays the game with a determined smile on his face and with a super positive attitude.
We hope to see plenty more of him in the green of Meath and Drumbaragh over the 2023 season.
